During this activity, you will learn about the traditional process of producing panela (unrefined cane sugar) from start to finish. As a special touch, you'll receive a gift made by the family, providing you with a unique memento of this cultural experience. - Lunch: - Meal: Shakshuka - Description: The timing of lunch will be arranged based on the start time of the Panela experience.
