Know before you book
- Are the tours safe...The answer is Absolutely. The tours follow carefully planned routes which have limited access to traffic, and some have no traffic at all, meaning you are able to enjoy your ride around the city in total relaxation and safety and you won't have to worry about traffic
- Electric assist bikes are available only for participants over 8 years old
- Infants aged 1 - 4 years of age travel free of charge. Baby seats are provided up to 55 lbs (25 kg). Children aged 5-8 travel on child extensions (full fare); Children aged 9 and above can do the tour on their own bicycle - also E-Bike - (full fare).
- We require all customers to wear a helmet (provided for free)
- You will cover an area of approximately 14 Km or 8,7 Miles with a total elevation of 80 metres. The ride is leisurely; it becomes of intermediate difficulty level with a child seat or a child extension mounted on the adult bike.
- Minimum of 4 participants applies (total number of participants on tour). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is only 1 or 2 passengers on the tour. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative for your tour or full refund.
- This product operates rain or shine. In the event of rain at the start of the tour, clients will be asked whether they prefer to join the tour all the same, reschedule or get a full refund.
- Cancellations are free of charge up until 24 hours before the tour starts
