After breakfast at our hotel, we head out with our tour leader on a two-hour walking tour of Old Paphos.

Then we head out to the lovely village of Kathikas in the foothills above Paphos where we stroll through the village and eat at a local taverna, liberally washed down with local wines.

Back in Paphos, we meet our renowned archaeologist guide for a private tour of the Nea Paphos archaeological site, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you’ll discover the most astonishing Roman mosaics.

After breakfast at our hotel, we travel to Ancient Kurion where our archaeologist guide takes us on a private tour of these astounding ruins.

We travel back to Paphos where our archaeologist guide gives us a private tour of the Tombs of the Kings, underground tombs modelled on the earlier rulers of the island, the Egyptian Pharaohs.

After breakfast at our hotel, we drive northeast to the fishing village of Latchi. Here we board our private boat and set sail south along the west coast of Cyprus.

After lunch, we climb into safari jeeps for an off-road excursion through the wild and beautiful parts of the Akamas Peninsula.

After breakfast at our hotel, we stroll around the small village of Polis, visit the tiny museum, and enjoy a coffee in the streets of the old Turkish Quarter.

Then it’s time to leave the western coast of Cyprus and head into the mountains, stopping along the way to see mouflon, a type of wild sheep, and then have a light lunch at a tiny mountain cafe.

After breakfast on the terrace, we’ll join a Kalopanyiotis local, Maria, on a walk through the village before a casual lunch at our hotel.

This afternoon we learn about how food is grown, made, and stored in mountain villages in Cyprus. We try our hand at making Traditional Delicacies in a village workshop before taking a tour through a local orchard.

For dinner this evening we travel to a beautiful wine village, Obidos, in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains to wine and dine at the renowned Mill Restaurant.

After breakfast, we’re reunited with our archaeologist guide as we go hunting for the UNESCO World Heritage 10th Century painted Byzantine churches and monasteries hidden throughout the Troodos Mountains.

Returning to our village we visit the spectacular modern winery high on the mountain for a sunset wine tasting.

After our last breakfast together our lovely driver returns us to Paphos.
