Second time jet skiing, the guide was not engaging at all, from the check in procedure until the end. He did not assess the group at all so as we were at the back had to slow down all the time. Somebody fell off and he didn’t realise and took myself and husband to assist them.

very expensive activity cost us over $630 for 5 adults and 2 kids , we only got probably 20 minutes out of the hour of proper jet skiing the rest of the time was stopping or slow moving because of water police on the water. Our instructor was very helpful and friendly.

Our guide Nathan was fantastic especially given the challenges of 3 other overseas participants (not keen on listening to your instructions) Under the circumstances you gave us a fantastic tour. Thanks Nathan for your guidance on being safe. It was fab being our first time on a jetski for both of us. Even with me being scared you assured me re safety of jetski.

The view of Airlie from the water was nice. -the guide complained about her boss the whole time and explained she wasn’t getting paid properly/enough and she was basically a slave. -we left the marina did a few circles and came back. -she purposely put ill experienced people at the front of the pack completely slowing the whole trip down making it a water way traffic jam the whole time. -poor instructions -would not recommend -I would recommend the two island safari, much better time, better guides, more value for money

Tour guide Sammy was great, lots of knowledge and was excellent teacher for my 16 year old boys who have never been a a JetSki before. They absolutely loved it !
