What you can expect

9:20: Meet your local guide at the trekking starting point and stroll through the tiny rural village of Hiriwadunna. Find the man made reservoir, surrounded by scrub jungle and a hive or morning activity. You will enjoy a bullock cart ride through the paddy fields.

11:30: Arrive at a Village house and witness some Traditional cooking tips and see the Chena cultivation followed by an authentic Sri Lankan Lunch.

13:00: Hop into a boat and sail to the other side of a lake. look out for birds, butterflies, and perhaps even a crocodile as well as the villagers fishing or washing clothes at the periphery of the lake.

14:00: You will be taken back to your hotel in Habarana

09:00: Get picked up from your hotel in Habarana and travel into the lush Sri Lankan countryside by Safari Jeep
