Trained in the kitchens of Alain Ducasse, my culinary journey has been marked by a deep passion for local products and quality cuisine. I opened several establishments with a simple philosophy: to enhance small-scale ingredients while supporting our precious farmers.
As a flavour scout and product lover, my mission is to share my enthusiasm for cooking. I am an entrepreneur at heart, constantly looking for new creative ideas to delight my guests. I attach great importance to ethics, know-how and the products of artisan producers. For me, transmission is a fundamental value.
This is why I offer cooking classes and workshops for everyone, in order to share my knowledge, techniques and inspirations with current and future generations.
