This was a good way to see the sights of Auckland privately with a tour guide, but sadly the last two places scheduled didn't occur due to an event being on. Pre planning of this would have been ideal as resulted in a shorter itinerary despite an option for similar being suggested the Rose Garden and alternative Cathedral werent of the same level expected. Therefore, we made our own way to the Sky Tower and took in the amazing views whilst enjoying coffee and Ice cream. Sam was a friendly and knowledgeable guide thank you

Auckland’s harbour setting is breathtaking. it’s ideal to view from many vantage points inside the City and from nearby hill side spots. Delegate the best-spots to your experienced driver and let his dialogue add to your local knowledge.

In Auckland, we did a half day city tour. with Sam who was both informative and caring. We are seniors with a few disabilities and Sam took really good care of us. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely overview of Auckland and a half day well spent. Would recommend 1 Pick Tour to anyone wanting a pleasant afternoon. Thanks Sam You were great. Pauline, Bill, Beverly and Gordon

This was the worst excursion we have ever been on. The driver knew very little. He was hard to understand & didn't speak loud enough. Nor did he speak to the group, but rather, to individuals periodically. He had to be prompted to give information. The AI announcer was a joke. The vehicle was uncomfortable. The tour guide lacked depth & knowledge. It was a waste of our time and money. We will never book another tour through Voator.

Sam was a pleasant and informative guide. He had some short AI information clips, which actually worked well and he added additional personal information. The van was clean and comfortable.
