Upon arrival at the gym, you will receive and wear our beautiful Muaythai shorts. After that, you will learn the foundation of Muaythai on how to move defensively and how to utilise kicks, punches, knees, and elbows with tremendous power.

Our experienced Muaythai instructors will provide private muaythai lessons tailored to the pace of each individual customer.
