My Yoga class offers an hour and fifteen minutes of deep breathing, sun salutations, asanas, and relaxation, suitable for practitioners of all levels.
We start with focused breathing to warm up the body, followed by yoga poses to enhance balance, flexibility, and strength. We then transition into relaxation, allowing for meditation and positive thoughts to conclude the session.
Newcomers need not worry, as the teaching caters to multiple levels and is delivered with a personal touch.
Following the session, take a refreshing dip in the beautiful Maltese sea!
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel for hygiene, energy, and ecological reasons.
