What you can expect

Experience the chance not only to eat like a local, but to also cook like a Local. In this 4-hour cooking class, you’ll learn the secrets of a master Brazilian cook while you’re guided through all the steps of prepping and cooking traditional Brazilian food. Afterwards all you need is to enjoy the tasteful food you just cooked.

You won’t have to worry about being thirsty during your crash course on Brazilian Cousine. You’ll learn how to prep delicious drinks such as the world renowned Caipirinha or “Batida de Coco”, an Alcoholic coconut based drink, which are just as mouth-watering as the food you’ll taste.

Two options of traditional dishes are available (to be determined on the day), either a Seafood Coconut Stew originally from Bahia known as “Moqueca” (fish oer veggie) or “Picanha” steak, Brazil’s most famous cut of meat. Both served with delicious cassava sticks. But the chef will be able to surprise you with any other traditional recipe, so get ready for a tasty meal! And finally, a delicious dessert to sweeten the tastes of everyone present.

Write down all ingredients and learn the recipe right, so you can impress your family and friends back home as you deliver them a little bit of flavour from Brazil.

As with everything, the right teacher is what matters, so novices are as welcome as expert cooks. It’s a day in Rio you won’t forget.
