It was thé worst experience and activity we made in Philippines, the price is a way too high, the both activities are too shorts, almost 18h spent out of the hotel for a total of 40min of activity made. Both activities welcome too much people, we can’t enjoy anytime, all people are pushing each other, I will do not recommend this activity, and would like to receive a refund for the quality proposed.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. 17.5 hours for 2x30 min activities. Picked up at 2 AM, spent 1.5h circling the city for other pickups. No info, no expectation set - but that’s a repeatable theme through the tour. Arrived at first activity at 5:45 AM and needed to wait till 8:45 AM in/near the bus, to have our turn. Felt very unsafe during the whale shark activity: decently big waves, broken life vests that were not buckling up, they didn’t let me keep my glasses. Everything was about the pictures, no one was interested in safety & comfort. We’ve driven 2h to the next activity. Again, waiting, no proper info, walked to a rocky beach without glasses (no one mentioned distance or succession of activities). Strong currents (flips were a must - did not get that info). Got hit twice by a flip, disoriented and abandoned by the activity master. Had to make it to shore on my own. Felt very unsafe. Route back has taken me 5 hours - in a car with no toilet breaks, no food, etc. Awful!

It was very nice to have this tour. I was alone and had a great opportunity to communicate with Mr Nino and Misiss Harra. We could exchange a lot of information and experiences. They were so kind, polite and helpful in every situation. I enjoyed the tour and can recommend Ms Harra and Mr Nino to everyone. They provided me a towel, shampoo and soap to wash me after snorkelling. Great service!
