I use only clay stuffs; delicately glazed. Fired clay pots and handmade spoons out of coconut shells and wood handles to spice up the dish. preserve the incredible smell and taste in daily cocking and serving.
it's a huge and excising on 1st day for everyone myself included. But it's a blessing and privilege i must say for being able to show my cooking in its origin from at my fully earth worn kitchen at Thotupola Residence. My friend tourists and anyone who read this on any social media or internet i do invite to visit and try out with or without your cooking appliances or groceries.
