The Darmstadt ensemble is architecturally and artistically groundbreaking and marks a turning point in architecture
and art on the threshold of the 20th century.

The tour of the Unesco World Heritage “Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt” tells the storey of the entire ensemble with studio building, exhibition building, artists' houses and park.

Please note that this tour is generally taking place in GERMAN. Only the guided tours on saturday at 2pm are english-speaking tours.

Important note: From 1 October 2024, the meeting point for all guided tours on the Mathildenhöhe is the north entrance of the Museum Künstlerkolonie Darmstadt, at Olbrichweg 13a.
