Horrible food. Took 1 hour to get salads and a pretzel. No lemonade and soda machine was out for over an hour. My riibs were raw my beans were cold sent all my food back.

Payed $90+ per person for a "electric Menu" burger and salad and cheesecake . When we arrived thay stated there is NO cheesecake available as they ran out !!! ( even though other patrons have it on their table)! Then the very slow service taking longer than 30 minutes for a poor cesar salad. We specifically stated the surf n turf burger no chilly dressing . Place on the side. And it was delivered with chilly dripping over all. Then the take away replacement also contained chilli. The cheesecake finally to go was plain as apparently they have no strawberry or syrup or whipped cream.. Total lies as it seems if you pay prior on EXPEDIA they try and belittle you to have no real enjoyment of your meal. Obviously since they have the cash months ago they prefer you to have nothing. Greedy Non customer Hard rock, worst in the World. And we've visited lots.

It was really good . The staff where very pleasant and attentive. The food was great. Make sure you print off the voucher I just had them on my phone and we had a bit of bother but again the manager was very helpful.

I got these for my husband and 4 of his friends because they were going into the city for a bachelor party. The waiter was rude to the party due to seeing they had vouchers. They had no idea what was included and what was not so they had to check with the manager many times. They had an extra voucher cause a friend did not show, so they asked the waiter for the meal to go and the waiter gave them a hard time and then honored it after asking the manager. Finally when the bill came the waiter showed them the bill said it was all covered and said this is what my tip will need to be and circled $40. My husband and his friend gave him $40 and left. After my husband told me about the awful experience, I reminded him tip was included. So this waiter was tipped out twice on this one bill. I will never go to this location again.
