Day 1: Negombo to Kandy Via Pinnawala

A Guided Tour of the Temple of the Tooth with a Local historian covering the temple, royal palace and places of interest. Temple of the Tooth Relic, which houses a replica of the sacred tooth along with its intricate and beautifully adorned caskets. These treasures are ceremoniously displayed once a year during the "Esala Perahera," a captivating ten-day festival featuring vibrant drummers, dancers, and elaborately adorned elephants.

Our itinerary also includes a visit to a tea plantation and factory, where you will have the opportunity to witness the fascinating process of tea production. In the afternoon, we will explore the highlights of Nuwara Eliya with a comprehensive city tour, delving into its unique character and picturesque surroundings.
Day 3: Nuwara Eliya - Horton Plains

We will pack up the picnic breakfast for you and leave hotel to Horton Plains before 6.00 am. The guided walk would approximately take 4-4.5 hrs , you will be able to see endemic fauna & flora - sambar deer, leopard - if you are lucky. Alternatively you can trek through the tea bushes through single tree hill where you will reach a summit with a panoramic view of the Nuwara Eliya City(recommended if you have kids below 6 years) In the afternoon, indulge in a delightful high tea experience at the Heritage Grand Hotel.
Day 4: Nuwara Eliya to Yala

Today we will take you to the Nanu Oya station to embark on one of the world's scenic train rides to Ella Station, on the Ella Odyssey.(subject to availability) After the completion of the journey, you will be picked up from the Ella station and we will take you to witness the famous Nine Arches Bridge. In the late afternoon, you'll have the perfect opportunity to visit the bustling city of Ella. This city is renowned for its lively ambiance, offering a mix of vibrant culture, stunning views, and a variety of dining experiences. Whether you're craving fresh seafood, local delicacies, or international cuisine, Ella has something to suit every palate.
Day 5: Yala

After breakfast we will proceed to the south coast. In the Afternoon will have a Guided Walk of the Galle Fort with a local expert on the ramparts of Galle Dutch fortress where you will get to know the history of the fort and experience attractions of this UNESCO world heritage site. You will also visit a Turtle Hatchery and the Mask Museum. From Galle you will be transferred to the Airport where our representative will meet with you to bid farewell.
