Started badly and got worse, first the guide couldn’t open the door to go underground so left us to return to the meeting point to get help, which took 5 to 10 minutes. The lights weren’t working underground and the guide was having to use her phone as a torch. The above ground part of the tour was cancelled because of union demonstrations. I really should be asking for a refund.

James was an AMAZING tour guide! Not on did he know his stuff, he was very funny and interacted will the full group. We had so much fun for our Besties Birthday, and James made it even more special. The tour itself is great, get to see parts of underground Edinburgh you'd never normally get to see. Spooky and informative with great banter! I'd defo recommend this tour *****
