If you're looking for a nature-filled day trip outside of Bangkok then this is one of our favourite tours, visiting both Erawan Waterfall and the nearby Phra That Cave.
You'll join the tour in the morning in central Bangkok and enjoy a scenic bus ride to Erawan Waterfall national park, while your guide tells stories of the region and nearby River Kwai.
Erawan Waterfall is one of the most beautiful places in Thailand, where the Huai Mong Lai River runs down a 2100 metres tall mountain. The waterfall is 1500 metres long and has seven tiers, each of which is a great and safe swimming area. Here, you can enjoy walking and hiking around the waterfall or relaxing by the water.
You can buy snacks and drinks here, and a tasty Thai lunch is also included.
After that we head to Phra That Cave - an atmospheric natural wonder filled with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Most of the stalactites and stalagmites are translucent which makes for a stunning sight, and you'll also encounter a Buddhist shrine and statue tucked away within the caves.
Your tour ends with a return journey to central Bangkok, where you'll be dropped off in time to enjoy your evening in the city.
