Starting point Via Nicola de Giosa,75 . From here we walk to the Santa Rita oven (subject to availability) or another historic Barese oven to taste the Focaccia calda Barese and a typical Peroni ''Criccante'' adjective that describes the very cold peroni.

After tasting the hot Focaccia you can continue among the scents and flavours of the typical ''PANZEROTTI PUGLIESI'' with mixed fillings: bragiola (typical meat roll dipped in a tomato sauce), turnip tops (typical Apulian vegetable with a sweet flavour), mozzarella and tomato sauce and many others. It will be possible to taste the panzerotti walking towards the Basilica of San Nicola just like a typical Bari.
