Overview

Enjoy a trip to the mountains! Walk through nature with wonderful views for only 7 participants! We will go by van for an hour on a tour with beautiful scenery. Once in the Natural Park, we will see different cliffs, enter small caves and climb to the top of a mountain.
We will have views of different mountains nearby like Montserrat, or further afield like the Pyrenees.
We will see several rocks in spectacular places and shapes. We will walk a total of 8km (5 miles) with a gradient of 360 metres (1181 feet).
The excursion will be through the Natural Park of Sant Llorenç del Munt i l'Obac, the first in Catalonia. We will always be around 1000 metres / 3280 feet altitude.
Most of the route will be by simple forest track, but there will be parts where the route will be a little more complicated. Still, it won't be a problem for people used to walking.
This tour is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

Barcelona

The meeting point will be at the exit of Metro Maragall, Metro Lines 4 and 5. The journey by van to where we will start the mountain tour will be an hour. On the morning journey we will leave at 8:30am and arrive back in Barcelona at 13h. On the afternoon journey we will leave at 4pm and arrive back in Barcelona at 8:30pm.
Montcau

At 9:30 am we will arrive at the first Natural Park of Catalonia. On the afternoon commute, we will arrive at 3.30pm. We will reach an altitude of 870 metres / 2854 feet. The first stop inside the park will be to climb to the top of this 1056 metre / 3464 foot mountain. As you can imagine, the views from above are wonderful. We will see Montserrat, the Pyrenees, Montseny, etc.
Parque Natural de Sant Llorenc del Munt i l'Obac

After coming down from the top of the mountain, we will do a 6km course with different gradients of no more than 100 metres / 328 feet. We will visit different cliffs, caves, caves.
Barcelona

Around 12h we will finish the route and return to Barcelona to arrive at 15h. On the afternoon journey we will return at 19:30h to arrive in Barcelona at 20:30h.
