What you can expect

Climb the Osorno Volcano to reach its perfectly snow-capped craters. Delight in panoramic views of the Petrohué and Llanquihue Lakes, and also see one of the volcano’s inactive craters.

Choose to depart from Puerto Varas or Puerto Montt, then travel along the south bank of the Llanquihue Lake for 50 minutes on one of the most scenic roads in Chile. Wind between green fields and the lakeside landscape until you approach the base of the volcano and find the village of Ensenada.

Upon arrival in Ensenada, enter the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park and begin your summit. As you conquer this milestone, appreciate several fantastic viewpoints of the neighbouring volcanoes and lakes along the way. At the end of the tour, go to a cafe in a ski resort, where you will have the option to take a chairlift (price not included) to enjoy an unbeatable view of the landscape.
