Known as Joongarra Narrian by the local Minyungbal people, this incredible place provides a sanctuary for turtles as well as a host of other marine life. The shallow waters are ideal for snorkelling and your marine biologist guide will take you to all the best spots to see these amazing creatures.

Make use of the equipment provided, including wetsuits, masks, snorkels, and fins as you go in search of turtles, manta and eagle rays, harmless leopard sharks, and a wide variety of fish species. Visit in winter and you may even get the opportunity to spot humpback whales.

You must be comfortable swimming in open water. We can supply pool noodles but do not provide flotation jackets for non swimmers.

Really bad experience , miss the appointment with the tricky time zone . The seller told us to wait for the next boat, so we did and letter they cancelled the boat. No refund atm. Really bad day ,waist of time.

I didn't know what NSW Time was. I would have liked a more detailed explanation. I didn't get a response to my enquiries after the event.

The snorkelling part of the experience was amazing!! There was plenty of turtles and you could swim right up next to them. Would definitely recommend snorkelling at this location. The tour guides were nice and made it a good experience. However, the website/email says to be there 30 mins early to gear up but the boat and crew didn’t arrive until departure time. They then proceeded to wait over an hour for other people who were late/went to wrong location. EVEN THOUGH they clearly say in their T&C’s that they don’t wait for people. Wasted an hour and a half of my day sitting waiting for people who can’t read simple instructions. And they weren’t even apologetic about it. The tour still ended at its original time so they basically just wasted our time and money. If I were to do this again, I would recommend a different company.

Overall it was a good experience snorkeling unfortunately we had a terrible start in the first drop off point. There was very strong cross currents and swell and we were dropped and led by our guide into it! With two children in tow my husband and I had to keep the children safe while we were trying at the same time waving for assistance to the boat, not a great starting point! Once back on the boat we then moved to safer point and a calmer area which was lovely but why we didn’t start there is still an unknown. There was a small apology for the first bad experience it was handled with not a great deal of care.
