During this experience you'll be able to learn more about the culture, traditions, gastronomy and patrimony of Braga and Guimarães.
The tour will start in Guimarães, where you'll get to know the historical city centre, which's world heritage by UNESCO since 2001, the castle and the Sanctuary at the top of the hill, called Santuário da Nossa Senhora da Penha. After that, we'll go to Braga to have a typical Portuguese lunch. Here you'll have the opportunity to try some local food and wine.
In Braga, you might have the opportunity to visit the city centre by tuktuk (it depends on availability) and then you'll go up to the Sanctuaries of Sameiro and Bom Jesus. At the Sanctuarie of Bom Jesus, you'll try the oldest funicular that works only through the weight of water, in the entire Iberian Peninsula (1882).
