Know before you book
- You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
- You must be able to swim on your own if you choose to snorkel.
- Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels, if your hotel is outside of the coverage area, you will need to meet the tour at a designated meeting point.
- An additional surcharge of 12USD per person for marine park fee is payable on the day of your product.
- Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
