Bab Bou Jeloud (Pass by)
The Bab Abi al-Jounoud or Bab Bou Jeloud is an ornate city gate in Fes el Bali, the old city of Fez, Morocco. The current gate dates was built by the French colonial administration in 1913 to serve as the grand entrance to the old city.
Bou Inania Medersa (Pass by)
The Madrasa Bou Inania is a madrasa in Fes, Morocco, founded in AD 1350–56 by Abu Inan Faris. It is widely acknowledged as a high point of Marinid architecture and of historic Moroccan architecture generally.
Rue Talaa Kebira (Pass by)
Easily reached from just inside Bab Bou Jeloud, this market stretches along Talaa Kebira, with produce on the west end (near the medina wall) and meats and spices to the east. Look out for live chickens, street-food stalls and lots of hungry cats. Actual camel heads mark two of Fez's butchers specialising in camel meat.
Museo Nejjarine (Pass by)
Funduq al-Najjarin is a historic funduq in Fes el Bali, the old medina quarter in the city of Fez, Morocco. The funduq is situated in the heart of the medina, at Al-Najjarin Square, which is also notable for the Nejjarine Fountain, an attached saqayya or traditional public fountain
Zaouia of Moulay Idriss II (Pass by)
The Mausoleum, encompasses a mosque, shrine, school (madrasa) then the sanctuary, where fruit and vegetables offered as offerings for Moulay Idriss. The Mausoleum Moulay Idris, made him the patron saint of the city of Fez and his shrine is one of the holiest in Morocco pilgrimage site. Especially during an important festival used to be held every year in the second week of August open only to Muslims and non-Muslims may not enter the mausoleum but can get a view from above up the hill. It’s believed locally that five pilgrimages to Moulay Idriss during the moussem equals one hajj to Mecca.
Kairaouine Mosque (Mosque of al-Qarawiyyin) (Pass by)
The University of al-Qarawiyyin, also written Al-Karaouine or Al Quaraouiyine, is a university located in Fez, Morocco. It was founded as a mosque by Fatima al-Fihri in 859 and subsequently became one of the leading spiritual and educational centers of the historic Muslim world.
Al-Attarine Madrasa (Pass by)
The Al-Attarine Madrasa or Medersa al-Attarine is a madrasa in Fes, Morocco, near the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque. It was built by the Marinid sultan Uthman II Abu Said in 1323-5. The madrasa takes its name from the Souk al-Attarine, the spice and perfume market.

Place Seffarine (Pass by)
Place Seffarine is a small square in the medina of Fes, Morocco. It is located on the south side of the Qarawiyyin Mosque, close to the Bou Khareb River which runs through the heart of the medina. The square dates back to the Middle Ages but has also undergone renovations in modern times.
