What you can expect

Head to the Blue Elephant Cooking School and spice things up as you learn to make some of Thailand's most iconic foods in a modern kitchen housed within an atmospheric century-old mansion. Learn about the rich history behind the recipes as you get a taste of the culinary wonders of royal Thai cuisine.

Upon arrival, meet your experienced chef, who greets you with a fresh and delicious Thai herbal drink and discusses the 4-course menu for the day. If you're taking the morning class, follow your guide as you walk past the historic Sino-Portuguese building and head to Down Town morning market. Look for ingredients that your chef has listed and search for fruits, vegetables, and a variety of spices before your way back to the school.

Put on your apron and pay attention as the professional chef demonstrates the delicate process of cooking Thai food using traditional methods. Next, try to follow along as you put your own cooking skills to work, prepping and cooking 4 delicious courses of traditional cuisine. After your hard work, feast on the delicious results in a convivial Thai setting.
