Initially the staff had some reservations about us having a voucher from expedia but everything was fine later. The food was great and we had good time. The server was very friendly and talkative. Overall, I’d enjoyed the experience.

We arrived late, and they had cancelled our reservations. However, because we had already paid for the meal, the man who seemed to be the manager appeared annoyed. But eventually they proceeded to seat us in the basement which was extremely loud and had children running all over the place as if a kids party. We asked to be seated upstairs instead. At this time, the manager stated he didn't see what was our problem, it was the same food. We were then placed in an awkward area in the back of the restaurant just before the kitchen and below an upper level seating area. My friend was worried about the shoes of others shaking dirt into our food as the feet of all of the dinners in that area were at our eye level. It was very uncomfortable. There were two sets of seats just opposite the bar which were for two and which we could have been seated but those seats were bypassed, one set became occupied as we left. Preferred seating was never given to us as promised.

Food was great and waiter service too, but mgnt were poor and didn't understand Expedia vip meal voucher system in use, caused me a lot of stress when trying to settle up at the end of my last night on holiday, wasn't impressed at all! They showed no humility and tried to blame me for problems encountered

You only get one choice of a starter which is a salad. You don’t get a choice of desert which is a brownie. On my visit I wanted the chicken and rib combo but the kitchen said no ribs. It was a special occasion ruined by the lack of menu.
