Pick up at your accommodation head to the north side of the island for hiking. The hike starts from Serra Malagueta to Lagoa. Lagoa is a small village almost uninhabited, in the middle of a cliff. The presence of corn and beans plantation with a lot of fruit plants makes this hike sensational, the landscapes around are just amazing. The few people remaining there are very welcoming.There are also many endemic plants that are used as traditional medicine. It will be a great opportunity to see how the locals live in the rural world.
