Overview

In this tour, we leave from Osaka to visit Hiroshima for a day.

We first visit the Atomic Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial. We have a moving and important testimony of the Second World War and we leave strengthened in our pacifism… So that it never happens again.

Then, we go to Miyajima to see the Itsukushima Shrine and its important torii on the sea. Shika deer and nature also await us there. We can get a breath of fresh air! That's wonderful.

With your guide specialising in Japanese History, you will learn more about the history of this country.

At the end of this excursion, we return to Osaka with eyes full of emotion and memories.

The Genbaku Dome is a poignant testimony to the atomic bomb that hit Hiroshima on August 6, 1945. This building is still partially standing. We pass by and can reflect there.

We walk in the Peace Memorial Park between the Genbaku Dome and the Hiroshima Peace Museum.
