After your landing, you can help to deflate the balloon, and then head to the famous Peterson House winery and restaurant for a delicious champagne breakfast.

Discover the beautiful Hunter Valley from a whole new perspective. Jump aboard a hot air balloon for a magical sunrise flight over the vineyards and experience the beauty of the Hunter region from above as you fly up to 4,000 feet above the valley floor.

Begin your morning with a pre-flight passenger safety briefing and a chance to help out with the inflation of the balloons. Next, you’ll take-off at dawn into the skies above the Hunter Valley, admiring the verdant region from above as the sun rises over it. Drift over the beautiful wine-making regions of Rothbury, Lovedale, Pokolbin, or Broke, admire the idyllic scenery from a totally different perspective.

After landing, you can help to deflate the balloon, and then you’ll make your way to the famous Peterson House Winery, home to an award-winning restaurant famous for its champagne breakfast. Enjoy an a-la-carte breakfast over some sparkling wine to finish an unforgettable morning adventure.
