Pleasant way to quickly see the area, although, comparatively speaking, there's not a whole lot to see in Inverness. Price was fair for the length of the trip and information provided.

To start with, on Expedia's "Overview" of the tour the meeting point was stated as Tomnahurich Street (Where to meet Tomnahurich Street, Inverness, Scotland, IV3, United Kingdom) and a link to Google Maps did guide us to a point at the beginning of Tomnahurich Street. The trouble was that the bus didn't go anywhere near that point so a whole hour of our day was wasted. A visit to Tourist Information put us back on the right track. Of all of the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tours that we have taken, this one has to rate as the worst. There were no headphones, so we had to rely upon the speakers adjacent to our seat. In the wind, the speakers were inaudible, so we heard practically nothing on the tour. The trees along parts of the route had not been trimmed, so passengers who didn't duck were being struck in the face by foliage. In addition, a large part of the tour was in open country, where there was nothing to see but grass and a few cows. This is one tour that we will not be repeating.
