Meet and Greet (5 minutes): Meet the instructor, sign waivers, and register for the lesson. Safety Briefing (5 minutes): Learn the importance of wearing a helmet and life jacket, basic hand signals, and understanding the local marine environment. On-Land Training (10 minutes): Familiarise yourself with eFoil controls, balance techniques, and proper stance. Learn how to carry and position the board and use the handheld remote. Water Entry and Basic Manoeuvres (15 minutes): Safely enter the water, get a feel for the balance, and transition from kneeling to standing. Practice starting, stopping, and basic turning. Advanced Techniques (15 minutes): Gradually increase speed to lift the board, balance while foiling, maintain correct posture, and learn turning manoeuvres. Free Practice and Cool Down (10 minutes): Practice at your own pace under the instructor's supervision, receive tips, and finish with gentle paddling and relaxation techniques. Bring the board back to shore safely.
