  • Children Ticket: Kids ages 3 to 9 pay for a childrens ticket.
  • Adults Tickets: Guests ages 10 and older pay for adult entry.
  • The access to Jungala is at the Lobby of the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ Theatre.
  • Locker rentals are available in the park with an adtional cost.
  • Children from 0 to 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except in the case of extreme weather like hurricanes.
  • It is important to show ID of each customer to pick up their tickets at the Jungala Aqua Experience

Palm Rattler – Get Stirred and Shaken

Located next to the Taco Bar, the Palm Rattler is a slide ride that zigzags through near-vertical waves, shaking things up in the descent.

As riders enter the enclosed ‘belly of the snake,’ they will experience rapid side-to-side oscillations as their raft climbs and plunges through powerful curves before speeding downstream at high velocity. The Palm Rattler is perfect for thrill-seekers looking for an intense, group-friendly (2-4 riders) adventure.

We had a great time. Next time we would bring our own towels and not get lockers. We had one person watch all our things who did not go on slides. All the slides were great. No line ups. Kids rainforest had too much water on head before you get on slides.

It's a nice water park, but when we arrived we had to wait an additional 45 minutes at the ticket counter because they needed to verify the tickets and confirmations. The barcodes they send to your email seemed to mean nothing. We had 4 children under the age of 5 standing in the heat. I gave all my information to a ticket person BEFORE a group of friends and they received their wristbands before us. The food seemed way over price for me.
