Before class starts, guests will be offered a welcome drink made from fruits and herbs from our garden or farm then we will explore the gardens and harvest some of the ingredients for our delicious recipes. We then start to prepare the ingredients on our 8 metre long handmade table. Chopping herbs and grinding pastes by hand as mouthwatering aromas start to drift around the kitchen. Then after a break we start to cook over charcoal as the sun sets. We eat dinner in the extensive Jungle Kitchen gardens, before returning home. Recipes and photos will be shared soon after. Cooking is carried out using traditional tools and techniques; no electricity is using in the class. Guests will learn to cook three dishes before eating their own creations in the gardens with panoramic views over the Koh Phangan and the Elephant Sanctuary.
