Covering well known dishes from the region including Pho Bo, Vietnamese Summer Rolls and Beef Salad you will learn to prepare and cook each dish from scratch at your own individual work station by following me with step by step instruction. At the end of the class enjoy your own cooked 2 course meal together with the other students or alternatively take your meal home with you to share with family and friends.
