We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Moshi, Arusha or upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro/Arusha airports in a clean airconditioned vehicle and drive short distance to Maasai village. Maasai community live in small mud-thatched villages, surrounded by their cattle and smaller livestock. For hundreds of years the Maasai have roamed these lands of Tanzania a nomadic lifestyle. A highlight of your Kilimanjaro climb or safari holiday is a visit with these Maasai people. Many of the tribal villages welcome visitors to their villages to view up close their culture and lifestyle. On this day trip you will have a special opportunity to experience with Maasai Community. At the village, you will experience many traditional aspects of Maasai life, All visits are planned and arranged by the Maasai themselves; they will show you their traditional Maasai dance, beads, making fire, ornaments, some bush techniques & medicine and you can also walk with their cattle on the plains.
