What you can expect

Discover the exciting world of Stand Up Paddle, a challenge to both your body and concentration. Starting with an overview of your equipment and the basic techniques, you'll be able to enjoy the Rhine River from a different perspective.
Practice on the Rhine's beach shore before stepping into the backwater of the river, where the calmer pace serves itself for you to find your balance and begin your Stand Up Paddle experience.
Ride for 45 minutes of this scenic waterfront of Mainz and Wiesbaden, occasionally seeing swans, ducks, storks, boats and fellow paddlers. The change of seasons shouldn't be an issue, with wetsuits available for less than ideal weather.
