The visit begins in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, a beautiful nineteenth-century square from where you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Civita and the Sasso Barisano. We will move through the narrow streets of the centre admiring works of artistic and architectural importance up to the imposing belvedere of Piazza Duomo overlooking the Sasso Barisano. We will continue among the steps of the Sassi until we reach some cave churches, a typically furnished cave house and a historic cellar.
