The train ride through forest areas was great. 2-3 hours at the sanctuary was enough to see about 70% of it and a bird show. The chocolate shop had great views and I liked the chocolate on tap at their cafe. At least every hour or so, we were at places with clean toilets. There was enough time for light lunch at the Emerald Lake station or sanctuary. The mini van was comfy enough. You can ask the guide to adjust air conditioning if needed. Instructions on pickup point were unclear and I was unable to reach anyone via phone or app chat. Tour guide had only 2 months of experience and he began with hiccups, i.e. 10min late for pickup, microphone not working, Google Maps not working. However, he managed to rush us to the train on time with a passenger's phone map. He was loud enough without the mic. He shared interesting facts and stories throughout, but that included some dark topics that not everyone might like. He checked well that everyone is present before leaving each location.
