Activity itinerary

In this exciting night under the stars, I'll be giving you hands-on instruction on how to better understand night photography, and how to come away with stellar photos of the night sky. We'll travel into Grand Teton National Park, far away from any light pollution, and capture the incredible cosmos above our heads. I'll teach you how to master the settings to get beautiful shots of the night sky, as well as foreground objects, such as the Teton Mountains and silhouetted subjects.

This was an amazing experience! I am very much a beginner when it comes to photography and I had never attempted nighttime photography. Mike helped me learn how to use the manual settings on my camera so I was able to get some beautiful shots of the night sky Mike knows the best spots in the park to get beautiful silhouettes of the mountains and other landscape details to offset the sky. It is truly incredible how much more the camera sees than the naked eye. I highly recommend taking this tour. Not only is Mike very experienced in photographing in the Grand Teton National Park, he is a very pleasant person to spend time with.
