Want a cooking class in Madrid? Look no further! Join us in Madrid's funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasise the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking! Our professional chefs turned profesor will guide you step by step through Spains most iconic recipe, Paella! You will be welcomed with a glass Cava and be shown your way to your costume made cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have all the necessary ingredients and equipment to make your very own paella. The cooking class portion of this experience will allow you to dig deep into the recipe at hand and has been created in order for you to be able to actively participate in a very hands-on and dynamic workshop! Once you paella recipe has been created, you and the other guests will be invited into our private dining room where all the guests will sit together at our communal table and not only eat the paella made by you, but also 2 starters and 2 desserts made by the chef! making this experience a 5 course tasting menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

Very nice afternoon w great staff. The actual cooking is easy as everything is already chopped and it is just following the chefs instruction Wine was free flowing and the basement dining area was well laid out. A couple of starters and the chance to try all the varieties of paella that different couples had cooked Experience is relaxed and definitely a great way to have a tasty lunch and learn a little

My mom and I took this class together and it was BEYOND fun! Such a well-organized class. Food was delicious and the group was so fun. This truly is a bottomless wine class… our cups were never empty!

We loved it! Ines & Carmen were so much fun and so friendly. They walk you through each step and provide background information about paella. We loved the seafood & mushroom paellas. All of the wines were delicious as well. The space was beautiful. I’d definitely recommend this adventure to anyone.

If I could give this experience 100 stars I would! We had a great time with Jaime and Pao, they were wonderful hosts, very gracious, and genuinely great people to hang out with. The paellas we made were delicious and the desserts and the apps we also great. Overall, couldn’t have been happier with this experience.

It was a last minute decision and we were lucky there was space available. We did the Paella and wine class. Met a lot of nice people and had a fun afternoon. We did learn some cooking tricks to try at home.

This was a phenomenal experience and I highly recommend you try it if you're in Madrid! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and they made sure we had a great experience. I myself am not a great cook but they stepped us through each step and our paella turned out great. They served us several different Spanish wines and refilled our glasses if we wanted more all along the way. The quality of the wine and food was great. And the vibes were also great. We had a small group, spanning from Mexico, Uruguay, the US, and Australia, and I had a great time with them. I really appreciated the experience and greatful I found it on Viator.

Paired with another person, you cook and drink bottomless cava, wine and beer…..really a fun experience and learned how to cook paella in the process. Staff is great! Highly recommend
