Learn how to enjoy a traditional Paella meal as the Spaniards do..Cook with the help of one of our experienced chefs 2 starters (Padron peppers and chorizo cooked in cider), TWO INCREDIBLE PAELLAS (one made of meat and one made of fish) and a dessert (the Spanish Basque toast).
To drink - In this course you will learn too how to make the Sangría, Basque Style!
*We can do an option of Vegetarian paella if you let us know in advance!
You will also learn about the culinary traditions and rice varieties. When the cooking it's done we all sit at the table and enjoy your first paella.
