Activity itinerary

We meet in Lecce at our bistrot location Balu', in the heart of the old town. A local chef and team will teach students in English how to make a pasta dough from scratch. While making the pasta, your coach will explain you how to make a pasta dough using simple ingredients and no pasta machine. While making and tastings Pasta we will enjoy some interesting local wines and snacks including Pasta.
