Activity itinerary

Set off with your guide on the trails of Megève, at the foot of Mont Joly, to observe the wildlife so characteristic of the Alpine mountains! The Alps are home to many wild and fabulous inhabitants, such as the iconic ibex, recognisable by its long horns and grey or brown hair. Its distant cousin, the chamois, a little more discreet, identifiable by its pretty white head and brown coat, is a prodigious climber! Watching it jump between the rocks is a real pleasure for the eyes! Keep a close eye out to observe them, and some marmots, eagles, mouflons and choughs. Set out on foot, alongside your guide, learn to recognise their tracks and their cries, and to identify the territories where they are most often present. Use the binoculars at your disposal to try to spot them in the vegetation and between the rocks. Wild life does not guarantee us safe and certain observation. However, this exceptional day gives you all the essential keys and techniques for observation, useful in many situations! And the encounter with the animals is even more magical...
