 Welcome to Tuscany! A brief overview of your time with us:  Pick up from the meeting point, 15-20 min drive to the farm. Welcome drinks are served, a selection of local wine and refreshments. ​ Hands-On Pasta Making  ​ Our chef will demonstrate how to make pasta dough from scratch. Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience kneading and shaping the dough! Personalised guidance and assistance to ensure perfect pasta every time. ​ Tour of the Farm ​ While we let the dough rest, take a stroll through our picturesque olive farm and gardens. ​ Cooking and Tasting ​ Gather around the table while the pasta cooks. Enjoy the pasta you've made, accompanied by the sauce of the day, local wine and other Tuscan delicacies. Last of all, a sweet treat. Enjoy a local desert!  ​ Farewell ​ Don't forget to take home your recipe cards and tips to recreate the pasta dishes at home! We will drop off your group back at your Hotel/Accommodation or pick up point in Pisa or Lucca.
