You will explore this old local residence by walking through its narrow streets built on the hill , finally reaching the top of Profhet Ilias monastery and the famous tower providing 360 view of the island. Wine tasting at one of the top and most premium vineyards in Santorini! An modern art winery,was etsablished in 1903, combines modern winemaking culture without forgetting tradition. Since the beginning, there has been a focus on both wine making and vine growing, through a deep understanding that great grapes are always a prerequisite for great wines. Estate Argyros works almost exclusively with old vines because only these vineyards can provide the depth, the definition and the concentration needed to produce the desired style of wine.

Our wine tour begings from Karomolegos Winery,one of the oldest family producers of Santorini wine! You can visit the Winery and observe the entire winemaking process including the tanks, the fermentation barrels, the impressive ageing cellars and the traditional presses. Wine tasting is held in the courtyard, with a specialised enologist who introduces each wine and informs visitors about the winemaking process and the technical characteristics.
