As you explore the Inca temples and walls that still stand, the guide will explain how Inca agricultural technology and architecture continue to amaze with their ingenuity and durability over time.
Additionally, you can see the colonial church built on Inca ruins, a reminder of colonial influence in the region. The panoramic views of Chinchero and its pure mountain air create a magical atmosphere that allows you to immerse yourself in the past.

After visiting the archaeological centre, we will meet the women weavers of Chinchero, famous for their skill and dedication in textile art. You will be welcomed in a traditional workshop where weaving techniques have been preserved from generation to generation. Here, you will be able to observe the complete process: from the collection of alpaca wool, dyeing with natural colours obtained from local plants and minerals, to weaving beautiful designs that reflect the Andean worldview.
