Everything was a dream come true! The small semi private group was perfect! We learned so much from Jimmy!! He made us laugh , told great stories and made us feel like family! We took 3 tours and this one was the best! By the end of the day it was like we were all best friends! I highly recommend experiencing the Highlands this way! Every stop was amazing!!

Jimmy was excellent tour guide the day was jam packed with interesting visits, engaging conversations, and laughs. We highly recommend him and would definitely book another tour with him again when we come back. He was so accommodating picking us up and dropping off for ease, providing us water, stopping when we needed to stop for food/breaks, opening our doors, and even greeting us with an umbrella. What ever else you decide to do in Scotland, do not see the Highlands without James! His exceptional enthusiasm, professionalism and sense of humour were the highlight of our entire stay. It's almost unreal how many amazing, awe-inspiring, interesting and fun things it's possible to see on this one-day trip without any sense of rush! We did not ask to customise our trip much, but James kept that option available to us, and a longer tailored excursion with him definitely made it to our bucket list! Jimmys' hospitality was amazing! He was on time and kept on schedule. He walked us to the car with an umbrella one day when it rained. He dropped us off at the train station and made sure that we were back in time for our train departing that evening. He catered a tour to meet our needs and even through in some surprises. He totally went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone. If you don't take his tour you are missing out! He knows the area well and is a lot of fun. I can't say enough about him.

I booked this experience based on the ability to customize it because we wanted to spend 2 days in the Highlands. Best decision ever! Jimmy was so good to work with and put together a great itinerary based on what we wanted to do and adjusted it when requested. He even helped resolve an issue which had nothing to do with our tour with him. Once on tour Jimmy was a great guide always keeping us on track, asking if we needed anything, and was really part of our family those 2 days. There aren't enough words in the world to express how amazing of an experience we had with Jimmy. About two weeks before our trip he got on a call with my friend and I and helped us customize our day trip to get the most out of the experience. He was super flexible and helpful. We wanted to see Loch Lomond as opposed to the Kelpies, and Jimmy took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He is so knowledgeable about the history and cultural significance of each area that you visit which makes it that much more enjoyable. Not only is Jimmy a fantastic tour guide, but also an incredible human being. As two young women studying abroad for the summer, we didn't know what to expect spending a full day with a relative stranger, but Jimmy was everything you could want and more. He's entertaining, understanding, and friends with the employees of each destination you'll visit, making the experience that much more personalized, easy-going, and fun.
