Start your tour in the Old town of Segovia. You will be stunned by the construction when you visit the Roman Aqueduct. The date when it was constructed still remains a mystery but it is believed that It was built around the 1st Century AD to bring water to the city from mountain springs about 17 kilometres away.
Next, you will be visiting the Cathedral of Segovia which is located in the main square known as Plaza Mayor. Built in Gothic style, the Cathedral dates back to the mid 16th Century. Here, you will see the impressive features of the building such as stained glass windows, three tall vaults and an ambulatory.
Finally, you will visit a medieval castle known as the Alcázar of Segovia which is also a UNESCO world heritage site. It served as the Royal residence for the Castilian Monarchs. You will admire its fortified architecture which dates back to around the 12th century.
