You will meet your English-speaking guide at an easy-to-find central location, from where you will begin to explore local streets and areas by foot. Throughout your experience, you will try over 10 different dishes while visiting 4 seated, authentic Shanghai restaurants and a local brewery.

No trip to Shanghai is complete without trying the city's most famous dish: soup dumplings prepared fresh to order at one of the best dumpling shops in town. Up next, you will slurp down the city’s most popular noodles in a hidden local shop that’s been serving the same recipe for decades. You will be able to find out why pork belly is best tried in China at a farm-to-table restaurant which supports local minority farming groups.
