What you can expect

After being picked up from your accommodation in Ortigia, your Velo Bike tour around the ancient city (Syracuse) will begin. You will be taken to various parts of the island.
Syracuse has a unique ecological system, both inside and outside Ortigia On board your electric velobike (rickshaw), your driver will introduce you inside the magnificent labyrinth of Ortigia, giving you the chance to find and photograph the history left by different populations at each stop.

The tour also includes the explanation of historical places and the sight of impressive panoramas. At the end of your experience, you have the option to be dropped off at any location of your choice within Ortigia

David, our velobike driver was awesome! Spoke very good English and gave a great history of the ancient ruins and building along our tour of Syracuse and Ortigia! Great way to get an overview of a charming area. Highly recommend!

Four adults do not fit into one bike so 2 smaller bikes required. With mixup over bikes tour started late. We just got one hour with a few stops along the way. Guides informative although best understood when stopping to view sites. Probably paid more by booking before we left for holiday. I chose this company as bikes are eco friendly.

It was good, but short. We missed out on some of the sites along the planned route because Netflix was filming so we didn’t get the full tour we expected. I thought we would do something instead but only got to see a couple of things.
